Fat Bee Cafe Shawnee: Delightful Desserts, Bubble Tea, and Coffee & Tea

The milk tea has the right balance- not too sweet and the boba is soft and chewy. The place is clean, the seats could use fixing up- you either sink or slide forward and downward.

Originally I only came here to use the restroom(which was very clean and accessible), but after taking in the vibes and looking at the menu, I couldn't help but get a drink. The employees were all very nice, but I had a little bit of a hard time hearing what the cashier said because of their thick accent. My drink was AMAZING and I love the space, it's so cozy and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Fat Bee Cafe!!! I hope your business grows and I plan to come back again soon!!!

* Drinks : I ordered the Creme brûlée milk tea with brown sugar boba, flan pudding, regular ice and regular sweetness. Honestly it tasted great and exactly how I imagined it to taste like. I definitely would come back and try their other drinks. * Place/ Atmosphere: This boba shop is super cute! I love the design of this place . It’s very clean and modern. It’s a great space to hangout with your friends and drink boba. * Service: the cashier was nice and friendly. I would highly recommend if you’re around this area and is craving something sweet.

We had only been to the one in downtown KCMO & loved it, so we stopped when we were out & this shop is even better!! Great service & coffee.

Had an excellent experience from start to finish. Very friendly greeting and knowledgeable staff. I asked a ton of questions about their drinks because of diet restrictions and she was able to answer every question very quickly. The decor was high end and would be so perfect for a little date night out for a sweet drink! Very posh little store and would be back here in a heartbeat if I lived nearby.

Cute little boba place. Friendly staff. Clean and welcoming atmosphere. My drink was good. Played a game of jenga with my nieces during our time there.

This is a really nice place with many different sweet options. I was a little sad they only have milk or condensed milk. No half &half or cream. I settled for a latte with milk, and he got the strawberry milk shake. It's very sweet, and strawberry only took one drink, considering I can't have a lot of sugar. My coffee was hot, rich, and tasted like it had cream from milk added. I really liked the ambiance and that I could recycle everything. Cup,straw,and cute heart coffee topper.

By far one of my favorite places whenever i’m visiting! The ube laze latte is always a great choice and the caramel macchiato is super tasty as well. I like that you can add boba to your drinks and the place is ideal to catch up with friends! I can’t stop recommending this place to all my friends from shawnee, can’t wait to come back!
